Returns

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days.

We charge a flat rate of €7.90 for returns within Germany. We will deduct this from the refund of the purchase price after receipt of the undamaged goods.

If you refuse to accept a consignment without comment, we will treat it as a return and retain €7.90 for the return costs.

To return your order, please send us an email to hello@minotaceramics.com. Please let us know your order number so that we can allocate your order.

It is important for your return that the goods are packed exactly as you received them. This is the only way to guarantee that the item arrives back to us undamaged. The best way to do this is to use the parcel in which you received the order.
