Where does your ceramic tableware come from?

Our ceramic tableware comes from a small local retailer in northern Portugal. Our "viana" line is produced in a family-run ceramics studio in northern Portugal.

Is the dish suitable for the microwave and oven?

The ceramic cookware is microwave-safe. It can also be used in the oven. However, we recommend using it at lower temperatures.

How do I care for the ceramic dishes?
  1. Avoid hard sponges or abrasive cleaning agents: Use soft sponges or cloths to clean your ceramic dishes. Abrasive cleaning agents or scouring pads can damage the surface and cause scratches.
  2. Treat stains immediately : If you notice stubborn stains on your ceramic dishes, don't let them dry. Treat them immediately with a mild detergent and a soft sponge.
  3. Be careful when stacking: When stacking your ceramic tableware, it is best to place a cloth or special foam padding between each piece to avoid scratches.
  4. Drying: Make sure the dishes are thoroughly dry before storing them. Moisture can lead to mold growth.

How do I know that my order has been received?

After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by email.

Can I also pick up my order?

Our shop is purely online. There is no physical shop. Collection is therefore not possible.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Changing your order is not possible. We are happy to review each case individually. Simply send us an email to hello@minotaceramics.com

Shipment

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Because we're a small company, processing your order takes 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us. Shipping via DHL typically takes 3-5 business days within Germany. Delivery to other European countries can take 5-12 business days.

Which parcel delivery service is used?

We ship our packages in a climate-friendly manner via DHL GoGreen.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated depending on the destination country.

  • Germany: €4.90 flat rate, free shipping for orders over €180.
  • Austria: 11.90€ flat rate
  • Other* EU: 11,90€ flat rate

*Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Import duties may apply to deliveries of goods outside the European Union. Please note that we cannot cover any customs charges that may arise.

Where will it be shipped to?

We ship within Europe, excluding Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. You can track the shipment of your order via the shipping service provider DHL using the tracking number that you will find in our shipping confirmation.

Return

How long can I return items?

Within 14 days, you can return your items to us in unused condition and securely packaged within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please send us an email to hello@minotaceramics.com . Please provide your order number so we can assign your order.

When returning your item, it's important that it's packaged exactly as it was when you received it. This is the only way to guarantee that the item arrives back to us undamaged. It's best to use the same package in which you received your order.

How is the refund made?

The refund will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the undamaged goods to the payment method you used to pay.

What are the costs of returning my item?

For returns within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €7.90. We will deduct this fee from the refund after receipt of the undamaged goods.

If acceptance of a shipment is refused without comment, we will treat it as a return and retain €7.90 for the return shipping costs.

What do I do if one or more items are delivered defective?

If you have received broken items, please contact us immediately at hello@minotaceramics.com or via our contact form . Please send us a photo of the defective item and how it was packaged. We will then arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately, an exchange of items is currently not possible.
